In class, just focus on learning. If you are fidgeting, do it with your toes inside the shoes. No one will know.To feel well, eat vegetables and get protein, iron and calcium.Green tea has caffeine. It might keep you awake.Any beverage with caffeine is a drug, as it changes the body chemistry. You could discuss that with your physician. You are already thin. For overall fat loss, join the cross country running team. You need cardiovascular exercise such as running or biking.Dance or ice skating lessons and intense practice would help and provide confidence for daily life.If the doctor didn’t say, "Lose weight," you don’t have to bother.
