What to do to lose 5 pounds, what to eat and do.?

Im 13 and In 7th grade, I got my period about a week ago and I weight 113 pounds. I’m not fat or overweight but i would like to lose about 5 pounds because ive been eating alot of junk food and I feel so unhealthy myself. So i would like to know what i should eat and what kind of excersizes i should do, please be specific. Thanks(:

First of all you sound perfectly normal to me average weight for your age, But if you are feeling uncomfortable and want to lose 5 pounds it should be quiet easy aim to do at least 30minutes a day take your dog for a walk if you have one, Go for a walk with family members, Join a team sport in or out of school if you don’t enjoy sports swimming is great, There’s so many things you can do, Lots of fruits and vegies, chicken, red meat, fish, raw nuts and dried fruit is great a healthy cereal (whole grain or high in fibre such as muesli to kick the day off, lots of water and if your wanna drink a fizz make sure its sugar free or diet your allowed to have orange juice here and there milk is good too for strong bones the low fat milk though but lets face it your only thirteen you are allowed to treat yourself just limit how often you so if you have take out 3-4 times a week limit it down to only once or twice a week :) remember anything white brown or golden is bad! example white rice, anything deep fried brown etc stick to whole grain, whole meal foods to avoid unwanted carbs you’ll be fine I hope I helped also get your family and friends to support you and if they would like to lose a few pounds to do it with you its much easier than doing it on your own good luck :)

Just avoid eating junk food, eat more vegetables and fruits, drink a lot of water, avoid soft drinks and increase your physical activity to improve your circulation and keep you fit, you can run, you can dance, you can bicycle, you cansearch for aerobics videos on youtube :)

Eat vegetables and fruits daily. Only drink water. 2hrs of exercise is a must.

Eat cabbage, sprouts, beans, cherries, mexican food for 2 weeks and you loose a stone, i did, it really helped me. pumf FUKKKKKKKKK.

do not eat high calories food , drink more water and exercise.
