I am going on vacation in 20 days exactly, and I want to shed a few pounds by then. I am 5’4" and 122 pounds, and I want to be at least 5 pounds lighter by the time I leave. I am healthy weight, I know, but I want to drop a few, and slim down. Does anyone have any tips for quick weight loss?(im 17 btw)
Lose the carbs. up the protein. high protien foods include nuts, eggs, fish, and chicken. eat vegies as well, broccoli, spinach and other greens. Stay away from fruit, juice, wheat products, red meat, and dairy. Cardio is a good idea but working out with weights burns more calories. break a sweat. And get plenty of sleep. Also take vitamins.
