I am a Christian and a Spirit-filled minister, ordained in the Southern
Baptist Convention. For more than 40 years I have been in full-time Christian
service, including 35 years as a senior pastor. Ron Paul gets my wholehearted
support and my vote, not just because he is a fine Christian gentleman, but because
he is, in my opinion, the most principled man in politics. His consistent voting
record, even when he has had to stand alone, proves beyond any doubt that he has the
character and the intelligence that is desperately needed to help restore
Constitutional government in America. For the first time in my 62 years I will be
voting for presidential candidate not because he is the lesser of two evils, but
because he has my wholehearted support and absolute confidence. My vote and
influence will go to Dr. Ron Paul. www.freetobelieve.blogspot.com

I have always consider myself a conservative, but the title before
conservative will always be Christian. As a Christian we need to stand up for truth
and what is right no matter what we think the title should be. The title for so
many years that has been associated with Christian has been Republican. I am
finding that this is a big let down for Christians. I urge every Christian to take
this political year very serious and really research the bible, the candidates, and
what they stay and do. Does it line up with what Christ would do? We need to step
back and say is preemptive war something Christ would agree with. I voted for Bush
twice and I even was for the Iraq war for a few years, but I feel that God is
telling me that this is not the answer. We need to seek God right now and not a
agenda that many politicians are trying to sell us.
I support Ron Paul because he represents, I believe, the truth even know it might be
unpopular to the MSM and the top candidates. Lets not elect our candidates out of
fear, but truth. As Christians we must believe that God is in Control and not elect
our political candidates out of fear of what might happen. I hope more Christians
will research and do some soul searching in this political year and come to realize
Ron Paul is the hope for not only America, but Christians in America and around the
world.

Ron Paul is the only candidate who is both Christian and has for the most
part the same political beliefs as myself. He, unlike your average right-wing prick
Republican, will not use government to force Christian morals on an increasingly
secular U.S. public. He will, however, get the government back in the hands off the
people, and Ron Paul will make sure the goverment keeps its corrupt hands off of our
money.
Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate worthy of the intelligent American's vote, and
everyone who has a sound mind should give him their support in 2008.
Michael
All of the Republican candidates placed their hand
on a Bible and took an
oath before their God and their countrymen to abide by the Constitution.
Dr. Ron
Paul is the ONLY candidate who wasn't lying when he performed that
first official
act of office.
Every other Republican candidate supported violating the Constitution
to attack
Iraq. No matter one's posistion on any particular war, war should
only be commenced
legally.
There's a reason for that, in fact several. No one individual,
not President Bush,
not a potential President Paul, not even me, should have the power
to declare war
alone. They are not committing their children to harms way, they
are committing
everyone else's children to death and dismemberment. No one individual
should have
the ability to use America's young men (much less women) for his
own ends.
Requiring Congressional approval gives opportunity to debate the
war BEFORE
thousands start dying. It gives the public opportunity to make their
wishes known to
their own representatives. If there is support for the war, a Congressman
will have
nothing to fear by voting to declare war. If there is not support
for it - from the
people who will be making the sacrifice, the Congressman risks alienating
his
constituency should he violate their will. He risks his reelection,
as he should.
What's the worry about getting a Congressional declaration? Is
someone afraid the
public might not have supported having their sons and daughters
killed to enforce a
UN resolution against Saddam? It's easy to be pro-war when you aren't
the one making
the sacrifice.
It was Rep. Ron Paul who authored the declaration of war for Iraq
to make it a
lawful war, with Congressional and citizen support. He got almost
no support for it.
That shows the Congress and President have no problem deciding to
kill your children
to accomplish their desires. Yet some of you will support the same
people who would
just as soon kill your own sons to meet their goals.
You may feel strongly enough that we need to just "kill them
Ayrab Islamofascists",
that you're glad we're doing it even without a Constitutional declaration.
Well, if
our side can skirt the Constitution to get our will done, we have
no moral ground to
find fault with the liberals for doing the same thing. We have no
justification to
complain about rogue judges making law from the bench, or finding
rights to privacy
that allow abortion, if we are skirting the Constitution ourselves.
Those of you who
favor the war with Iraq without a declaration, are equally guilty
of abortion on
demand. You allow the principle to be violated. If you support the
current war on
Iraq, you should shut up about abortion and sodomy. You've forfeited
your right to
complain about the liberals by adopting their ungodly, immoral practices
yourself.

Dear Dr. Ron Paul,
I just found out about you today. May God Bless You!
I will vote for you to be our President for the United States of America. America needs someone like you desparately.

I have a born-again believer for more than 5 years now and been trained
for righteousness. I caught the 2nd GOP debate and heard Dr. Paul speak and was convinced that there is no other man qualified to hold the highest office of this land. He has proven his faithfulness through his 50 years of marriage, his generosity, his understanding of money and its impact on righteousness, and ultimately he has demonstrated his committed to our Lord Jesus' call to a life to self-sacrifice and good works. Elect this man!

I am a 37 year old firefighter/paramedic as well as a chaplain and youth
pastor. I will be voting for Dr. Paul, even if it is a write in. No more will I vote for the lesser of two evils (you still end up with evil - ex: born again Luciferian, George w. Bush - lesser of two evils). If the principals of liberty (in the Constitution - inspired by prayer and the Bible) are adhered to, the Christian can flourish and spread the Gospel much more effectively - and that is what we are supposed to so, isn't it?

I am a Christian, and I support Ron Paul. He is a humble, obedient (to his
sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic), principled man.
Kristen
I am an elder in a Reformed Church in Ohio and I support Ron Paul as the
only candidate a Christian can truly vote for. He is a man of integrity, a
Christian, a Constitutionalist, and a promoter of liberty and justice.

As an Atheist I am heartened to see the Christian community come out and
support a candidate that espouses the true values that their religion is all about. I am proud to stand alongside my Christian friends, and although we have differing views on the origin of the universe, we may agree that the origins of this country were laid on a foundation that we all agree on... the United States Constitution. Onward Christian Soldiers. The faithless stand with you as brothers for the cause of freedom.

Someone who has to much experiences like Hillary--the Clintons we have had enough! We need 'NEW EXPERIENCES'. Tell Hillary you do not want her experiences. Its like eating the same cake batter over and over. The nation has had enough of people with old experiences (soothsayers). Ron Paul tell the nation the NEW EXPERIENCES" you want to give them. Truth, honesty in you own words etc. And in simply plain language so all levels can understand, loud and clear!!! Lift the nation up telling them your passion, faith, hope, truth, trust new experiences you want them to taste and experience. Better Health and Education the candinates always say they are going to make the nation better!! Then why are we worst off? There is "NO NEW TOPICS"! There
should be new topics, new inspirations etc, in each new election. Speak from your heart!! About abortion your faith and beliefs. If we are not faithful to God how can we be faithful to others? We need a Martin Luther King a John F. Kennedy! Don't worry about the others, just let all the nation know your heart, dreams for a greater tomorrow! God's Blessings and graces be with you!!!!!!!!! Make this your platform!!

I participated in the Values Voters Debate and was one of the delegates
there. As I fasted, and I prayed over this very important issue, I did a lot of online research on EACH candidate - many hours of study into the wee hours of the night. Time and time again I found some very serious flaws in the various candidates, until I cam to Dr. Ron Paul. I found that he has spoken a very clear and consistent message for the past 20 years. He remains steadfast in his resolve, and refuses to pander to what ever audience he is speaking to. When he spoke at the V2 Debates in Ft. Lauderdale, he remained consistent to his message even though it was probably not "popular" for him to do so. When he has spoken to other groups - he remains consistent to the message - Freedom and Liberty are for everyone! He is the most pro-family values man running for office! I am convinced that God has brought this man into the political arena to provide Hope for our Country!
